Sage Construction Group was built out of a simple frustration: homeowners and business owners in Southwest Florida deserved better. Better communication. Better follow-through. Better accountability.

Nicholas founded Sage Construction Group with one mission — to be the contractor Southwest Florida homeowners and business owners can actually trust. Licensed in General Contracting, Roofing, HVAC and Plumbing, he oversees every project from pre-construction to final walkthrough, ensuring the Sage standard is upheld on every job.

Office & Permit Coordinator

Siobhan keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing permits and coordinating with municipalities to keeping documentation organized and on track, she ensures every project has what it needs to move forward — on time and without surprises.
